All documents must be sent to us once the form has been completed, via the secure link indicated in the confirmation email.
A clear and legible colour photocopy of the identity page of the traveller's valid passport (the one used for your trip to Kenya). This is the left page of the passport with your personal details AND the right page containing your signature.
⚠️ Each passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Kenya. This cannot be a green emergency or diplomatic passport. It is strongly advised to have 3 blank pages including 2 facing each other in your passport when you arrive in Kenya.
A colour, high-definition scan of an ID photo, complying with passport photo standards. The passport photo must be recent. You can take your own photo. You can use this free photo processing tool
Hotel reservations, identity card and accommodation certificate of the private landlord. The document must include the names of all travellers and cover the entire period of their presence in Kenya. If there is more than one accommodation in the stay, provide proof of all the accommodation.
Booking your return flights for each traveller. They must travel at the same time.
If you are not flying home, please send us train or cruise tickets or other proof of transport.
